Cancellation Policy

Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least thirty days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photo booth availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the deposit shall be forfeited and event cancelled. Any cancellation occurring less than 14 days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received. The Provider may substitute another provider to provide photo booth or issue a full refund in the event of Provider’s illness or of scheduling conflicts. In the event of such substitution, the Provider warrants that the provider taking the photographs shall be a competent professional.
